Where are Messi & Ronaldo in the La Liga Best players ever list? A 14 years old makes debut in Galatasaray senior team! & Wayne Rooney 6 years old son already signed with Man United – FTN Blog with the latest most interesting news from football world

Surprising results in La Liga's best ever research

The Centre for investigations into the History and Statistics of Spanish Football did a huge list that included research about 9,117 players that played in the Spanish top-flight since 1928.

Twenty-four points were awarded to each player based on the minutes he played per season, one point for each goal scored, 0.6 points for penalties, but also minus score of points for scoring own goals (0.4) or being ejected with a red card (1.5). With ruling the league in the last decade with an amazing amount of goals, you would assume that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will be high on that list, but the research results showed otherwise. While Messi is high on that list with 490 points that earned him the 4th place, Ronaldo got only to the 23rd place. So who was on the top? Well that honor goes to Real Madrid legend Raul, who was named #1 with 528 points.

A 14 years old makes senior debut with Galatasaray

Here is something you don’t see every day. Once in a while we here about the next Messi or Ronaldo – some wonder kid with amazing YouTube video you can't miss, but giving a 14 years old football teenager a chance to participate in a real match for his team senior squad?

This is really unique and especially in a well-known big club such as Galatasaray from Turkey. Well, this is all reality for Mustafa Kapi, a local kid from Istanbul that was born in 2002! As he entered Gala's match as a substitute in the 89th minute vs Levski Sofia at a friendly match and made history as the youngest player ever to play for the team senior squad.

Rooney – The next generation

Wayne Rooney, Manchester United captain and most veteran player on the team just celebrated 12 years as a Red devil last summer in a testimonial match vs his childhood club of Everton. This year, the striker has shown a little downside in this performance and also got out of the starting 11 for England's national team, but one thing he can be proud about is that his 6 years old son Kay, already joined the youth team where he will play next to Jacey Carrick, Micheal Carrick son.
